This duo exhibition confronts notions of power, domination, gender, and identity through works by John Madu and Ousmane Niang. With over 20 new paintings, Madu uses his characteristic style—figurative, symbolic, textured—to challenge stereotypes and blur boundaries of gender, class, and social status. The show is a visual dialogue about strength and fluidity in power dynamics, turning clichés on their head to imagine new spaces of self-definition.
